About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Tax Advisor to join their prestigious firm in Bristol . You will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax advice to a diverse client base, managing tax compliance, and identifying tax planning opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax advice on corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and other relevant tax matters.
- Manage tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimise client tax liabilities.
- Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Liaise with HMRC and other tax authorities on behalf of clients.
- Mentor junior members of the tax team and contribute to practice development.
Requirements
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience in a tax advisory role, with a strong understanding of UK tax law.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
