Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable and resilient telecommunications networks, including WAN, LAN, and wireless solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective resolutions.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
• Collaborate with product development and operations teams to integrate new services and technologies into the existing network.
• Manage and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Mentor and guide junior network engineers, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in a remote setting .

Requirements

• Proven track record of over 5 years in telecommunications network engineering, with extensive experience in network design and management.
• Expertise in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and experience with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated approach to working independently.
