About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join their progressive team in Norwich . This hybrid role is essential for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for their suite of digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final design specifications, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring brand consistency and usability standards.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure design integrity.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
