About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join their progressive team in Norwich . You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final design specifications, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring brand consistency and usability standards.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure design integrity.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
