About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of their digital products in Bradford . You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a talent for creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in shaping the user journey and ensuring our client's applications are both functional and delightful to use, contributing to a culture of innovation and user advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into effective designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative tech environment in Bradford .
