About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and prototyping of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
• Advocate for user needs and translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate design rationale.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
