About the Role

Our client, a dynamic innovator in the Arts & Entertainment sector based in Reading , is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance user engagement and interaction within their digital platforms. This role is integral to creating intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that provide seamless user journeys. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and influence the user experience of innovative digital products within the vibrant tech scene of Reading .

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design , preferably within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design solutions for digital products.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus for this Reading -based position.
