About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance their digital product offerings in Nottingham . You will conduct user research, translate findings into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with development teams to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus.
