About the Role
Our client, a prominent developer of digital products and services, is seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Bristol . This role is critical in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for a range of applications. You will take ownership of the design process from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user journey. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design , with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and iconography.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
