Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic creative team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guides to ensure brand consistency and design efficiency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, functional requirements, and technical constraints.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of design output.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
