Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic digital team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user journey maps, personas, and style guides to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing design support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Champion user-centered design principles across the organization, advocating for the end-user's needs in all product decisions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and digital product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
