Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems , style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, advocating for the user experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles and how design translates to code.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams.
