About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of innovative digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and validate user flows and interface elements.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
