About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to spearhead the user experience and interface design for their digital products. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK. You will play a crucial role in defining the user journey, crafting intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users. Working closely with product managers, developers, and researchers, you will translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered design solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and positive user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
