Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design and refine user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer , product designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
• Proficiency in UX research methodologies and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for complex web applications and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
