About the Role

You will lead programs focused on well integrity management, risk assessment, and preventative maintenance, applying advanced engineering knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive well integrity management systems (WIMS).
• Conduct detailed risk assessments for well barriers and integrity failures.
• Plan and oversee well integrity testing, monitoring, and maintenance programs.
• Investigate well integrity incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for well integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in well integrity or related disciplines within the Oil & Gas sector .
• In-depth knowledge of well construction, completion, and subsurface operations .
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ISO) for well integrity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a commitment to safety in Oxford .
