Senior Well Integrity Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Well Integrity Engineer to join their dedicated team in Oxford . This critical role focuses on ensuring the structural integrity and safe operation of all wells throughout their lifecycle within the Oil & Gas industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing well integrity management systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing technical expertise to prevent well integrity failures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of well construction, downhole equipment, and regulatory requirements related to well integrity, contributing to the company's commitment to operational safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain well integrity management systems and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and failure analyses related to well integrity.
• Monitor well performance data and recommend necessary interventions or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for well integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and support to drilling, completions, and operations teams.
• Manage well integrity-related projects and vendor selection processes in Oxford .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in well integrity engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in well construction, completions, downhole equipment, and integrity testing methods.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ISO) and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment in Oxford .
