About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead their online community and engagement efforts in Liverpool . This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic to our e-commerce platform, and foster customer loyalty. You will craft compelling narratives, manage campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure our social media presence is both engaging and effective in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce objectives, targeting key customer segments.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (visuals, video, copy) across all relevant social media platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Analyze social media data and metrics, providing regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure integrated campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management , with a focus on e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work a Liverpool -based hybrid schedule.
