E-commerce Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused E-commerce Product Manager to lead the development and growth of their online product offerings in Liverpool . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences. This is a key leadership role within the e-commerce team, driving innovation and ensuring our digital products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision , strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent market analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with the Liverpool retail and digital landscape is a plus.
