Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify target audiences, platform opportunities, and content themes to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform strategy.

Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Social Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing social media strategies that have driven measurable business growth.
- Expertise in social media analytics, reporting, and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of paid social media advertising principles and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex strategies and performance data effectively to stakeholders.
