Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for individuals and families within the designated community.

- Provide emotional support, guidance, and advocacy for clients facing complex challenges, such as poverty, domestic abuse, or mental health issues.
- Collaborate closely with local authorities, charities, and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive support network.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case notes, progress reports, and other documentation.
- Organize and facilitate community workshops and support groups to promote social inclusion and awareness.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and professional registration (e.g., Social Work England).
- Proven experience in community-based social work or a related field.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, child protection, and adult social care legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
