Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and professional registration (e.g., Social Work England).
• Proven experience in community-based social work or a related field.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, child protection, and adult social care legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
