About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and efficient Specialist Cleaner to focus on end-of-tenancy cleaning services in and around Nottingham . This role is essential for ensuring that properties are returned to their original condition, ready for new tenants or sale. You will be responsible for deep cleaning vacant properties, paying close attention to detail to address all areas, from kitchens and bathrooms to living spaces and bedrooms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and possess a strong understanding of cleaning techniques required to achieve pristine results, often working to tight deadlines. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and property readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Clean and degrease kitchen appliances, surfaces, and cabinetry thoroughly.
• Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, including tiles, grout, and fixtures.
• Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning hard floors.
• Washing windows, internal doors, and other fixtures to a high standard.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe to meet client requirements.
