Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Cleaning Technician to provide remote oversight and quality assurance for specialized cleaning projects across various locations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote guidance and technical support to on-site cleaning crews for specialized tasks (e.g., deep cleaning, sanitization, biohazard cleanup).
• Review and approve cleaning plans, procedures, and chemical usage for specific projects to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Conduct virtual audits and inspections using photos, videos, and direct communication to assess cleaning quality and safety.
• Develop and deliver remote training sessions on specialized cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scope, requirements, and performance metrics for cleaning services.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, quality assessments, and any issues encountered during remote supervision.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience as a cleaning technician, with a specialization in areas such as industrial, healthcare, or post-construction cleaning.
• Strong understanding of cleaning science, chemical applications, equipment operation, and health & safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and provide clear, actionable instructions.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
