Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage with qualified engineering candidates across various disciplines.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with engineering clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market rates within the engineering sector.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for placed candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment consultancy, with a proven specialization in the Engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or chemical.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing technical talent using various methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with engineering-specific terminology and qualification requirements.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets within our Stoke-on-Trent office.
