Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate community sports programmes and initiatives.
- Engage with local schools, sports clubs, and community groups to promote participation and partnership.
- Identify and support talented athletes and coaches within the region.
- Seek funding opportunities and manage grants to support sports development projects.
- Organise and deliver sports events, festivals, and coaching sessions for various age groups and abilities.
- Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of sports development activities.
Requirements
- Experience in sports development, coaching, or community outreach.

- Excellent project management and event organisation skills.
