Stock & Online Fulfilment Specialist

Japan House London Limited is seeking a Stock Control and Retail Services Operations Assistant to support end-to-end stock control and online fulfilment, ensuring accurate stock records, timely orders, and strong product availability in-store and online.

You will manage deliveries, organise stock areas, pack and dispatch online orders, monitor stock levels, and work with the Front of House team to provide up-to-date product information while maintaining security and reducing loss.
