Strategic HR Business Partner – Education & Communities

Oasis Community Learning is hiring a People Manager to lead a broad HR agenda across our Primary academies. You will partner with Principals and senior leaders to deliver people plans, drive change, and embed proactive HR solutions.

The role is part of the People & Culture function, hybrid with three days in academies and the office, 30 hours per week. Permanent, with salary between £50,908 and £55,224 FTE.
