Strategic IT Service Transition Lead | Hybrid

Click Digital in Manchester is seeking an experienced IT Service Transition Lead to join our enterprise IT team on a 24 month fixed term contract. The role covers multi-project transitions, ensuring new services are ready for live operation.

You will own go-live readiness, manage risks, and collaborate with project managers, IT operations and suppliers. ITIL Foundation is required; Practitioner or higher desirable, with a 35-hour week and hybrid work.
