About the Role

You will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize carrying costs.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance supply chain operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making for Edinburgh -based and broader operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
