Supporter Relations Executive

About the Role

Our client, a respected charity dedicated to scientific research and public awareness in Oxford , is seeking a motivated and personable Supporter Relations Executive . This crucial role focuses on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with the charity's valued donors and supporters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of individual donors and supporters.
• Communicate the impact of donations through personalised updates, thank-you notes, and impact reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist in organising supporter events and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supporter interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for increased supporter engagement and giving.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or donor relations, preferably within the charity sector .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in managing supporter data.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• A genuine passion for the charity’s mission and commitment to building strong relationships.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office environment in Oxfordshire .
