Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote HR team, based ideally near Glasgow . This role is critical in attracting and securing top talent across various departments, ensuring the company's continued growth and success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build robust talent pipelines. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to operate in a dynamic, remote-first environment, contributing directly to the company's strategic hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, utilizing various online platforms and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop interview plans, and provide recruitment insights.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the pre-employment screening process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within a remote setting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting talent for various roles and levels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices for remote hiring.
