Tax Manager

Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager An established and growing accountancy firm is investing in its Corporate Tax team and looking for an experienced tax professional who wants more influence, greater Advisory exposure and genuine career progression. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, with the chance to help shape the Corporate Tax offering and for someone ambitious build towards Director and ultimately partner.

The role

You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses through to larger and more complex groups.While you'll oversee the compliance side, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in advisory and project work, develop your own areas of specialism and work directly with clients. You will also have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop key client relationships
• Take ownership of Corporate Tax advisory projects
• Identify tax planning opportunities for clients
• Work closely with audit, accounts and other specialist teams
• Coach and develop more junior members of the team
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Corporate Tax offering What they're looking for You will ideally have a strong Corporate Tax background gained within an accountancy practice and be ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified, although relevant experience is more important than ticking every box. The firm is open-minded on level, so you could already be operating at Manager or Senior Manager level, or be an experienced tax professional ready to take the next step. Why consider it?
