Job role/duties

• Answer calls coming into the technical office and provide advice and support for existing and prospect customers

• Answer and action emails into the technical inbox as required

• Support with product enquiries both internally and externally with a wide range of customer types

• Monitor & replenish sample stock

• Measure & mix up render samples ready for application

• Attend customer training days and provide practical demonstrations on product use

• Ensure product database is accurate and up to date

• Use MS Office daily as well as inhouse database

• Liaise with internal departments and assist where required

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Have worked as a plasterer or similar using wet product or lime render

• Have a good standard of computer ability

• Be numerate and literate

• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Be a confident communicator face to face and over the phone

• Drive and have your own transport
