About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecoms Network Technician to join their expanding team, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network equipment and services for performance issues and potential outages.
- Respond to and resolve basic technical support requests and service tickets from end-users and customers.

- Accurately document all network activities, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements
