Exciting Ongoing Temporary Opportunity

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join their busy office on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive support to Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, meeting coordination and general administrative support
• Liaising with external contacts and stakeholders on behalf of senior management
• Sourcing and booking external meeting venues
• Coordinating Town Hall events and managing senior management availability
• Preparing and managing documents for signature using DocuSign and similar platforms
• Assisting with the organisation of Project Board and Committee meetings
• Processing Director expenses, including corporate and personal claims
• Providing reception cover when required
• Creating and distributing internal communications on behalf of senior leadership
• Supporting the planning and coordination of events and team activities
• Providing adhoc administrative support across the wider business

About You

• Previous experience within a Business Support, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administration position
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong diary management and coordination experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and online administration systems
