About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised HR & Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team on a temporary basis. This role has been created to provide support across multiple departments during a period of recruitment and transition.

This is a varied position that would suit a proactive individual who enjoys administration, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support across HR, Finance, and the wider office team Updating employment contracts and producing employee correspondence Maintaining and updating employee records, holiday logs, and sickness records Supporting recruitment activities, including on-boarding and off-boarding processes Inputting and maintaining accurate data on internal systems Assisting with HR compliance and ensuring records are up to date Making outbound and inbound telephone calls relating to deliveries, orders, and general enquiries Liaising with internal departments and external contacts professionally and efficiently Managing emails, filing, scanning, and general office administration Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredCandidate Requirements

Previous experience as Administrator Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Experience using CRM or internal database systems Available for an immediate startBenefits

Weekly pay

Competitive hourly rate of £13.30 - £13.50 per hour
