Trainee Protection Adviser

Trainee Protection Adviser – Full Training Provided

SELF-EMPLOYED | COMMISSION ONLY | REMOTE | NO EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Please note: This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with no basic salary. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Want to build a career where you can make a difference – and build something for yourself?

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious people who want to start a career within financial services as a Protection Adviser.

You’ll help individuals and families put the right protection in place should the unexpected happen. It’s a career where you can genuinely make a difference to people’s lives, while building your own client base and creating an income that reflects the work you put in.

You don’t need previous financial services experience or qualifications. What you do need is motivation, drive and a willingness to learn.

We’ll teach you how to become an adviser – and how to build your business

You won’t simply be trained on the products and then left to figure out where your clients will come from.

You’ll receive training and ongoing support covering:

*

Protection products and how they work

*

How to generate leads and create your own opportunities

*

How to find and approach potential clients

*

How to have confident, effective client conversations

*

Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate protection

*

How to build and develop your own client base

*

Ongoing coaching, training and support

You’ll work remotely, giving you the flexibility and autonomy that comes with being self-employed, while still having the support and infrastructure of an established business behind you.

A company that genuinely wants you to succeed

This isn’t a business where you’re just another number.

There’s a real family feel to the company. People support each other, achievements are recognised and success is celebrated. You’ll have experienced people around you who genuinely want to see you develop and do well.

The business is growing too, so for the right people there’s a real opportunity to grow with it and be part of something bigger.

And Protection can be just the beginning.

As you gain experience, there are opportunities to develop into Mortgages and Wealth, giving you the potential to build a much broader and longer-term career within financial services.

Is this right for you?

Experience isn’t essential. Motivation is.

We’re looking for people who are:

*

Ambitious and self-motivated

*

Confident speaking to people and building relationships

*

Willing to learn and develop

*

Comfortable working independently

*

Proactive and prepared to generate their own opportunities

*

Resilient and willing to put the work in

*

Excited by the idea of building something for themselves

This is not a salaried position. Your income will depend on the business you generate, and building a successful client base will take effort and consistency.

In return, you’ll have uncapped earning potential, complete flexibility, full training and ongoing support, with the opportunity to create a career and business you can genuinely be proud of.

This could be the start of something big.

If you’re motivated, willing to learn and looking for an opportunity to help people, build something for yourself and create a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.
