Unqualified Teaching Assistant – NP19
Location: NP19 Contract: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Start Date: ASAP / October 2026 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support Primary schools across NP19.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in education, considering a career in teaching, or simply wanting a rewarding role working with children. Previous school experience is not essential – we're looking for people with the right attitude, patience and willingness to learn.

Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities Working with pupils individually, in small groups and as a whole class Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons Supporting learning, reading, writing and classroom activities Encouraging positive behaviour and good classroom routines Helping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 We're Looking For
