UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is looking for a methodical and insightful UX Researcher to join their product development team in Oxford . This role is critical in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the design of intuitive and engaging digital products. You will plan and execute a variety of research methodologies, from user interviews and surveys to usability testing and data analysis. Working within our Oxford office, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure user-centered design principles are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights effectively.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Stay current with UX research best practices and emerging methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher, with a portfolio showcasing research projects and impact.
• Strong understanding of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in research tools and data analysis software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Oxford and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
