UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an imaginative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join their product development team in Cambridge . Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with product goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices to champion innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a hybrid team setting.
