About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Early Years Consultant to join their dynamic team, with an operational base in Nottingham . This role focuses on providing expert advice and strategic support to childcare providers and educators through remote consultations. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance to assist clients in enhancing their services and achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with childcare providers to assess needs and offer strategic advice.

• Provide expert guidance on early years frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Create and present training materials and resources for educators and management teams.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up to ensure the successful implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Extensive experience in early years leadership, consultancy, or a senior educational role.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international early years standards and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects remotely.
