Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with childcare providers to assess needs and offer strategic advice.
- Develop and deliver tailored recommendations for curriculum enhancement, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on early years frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and present training materials and resources for educators and management teams.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up to ensure the successful implementation of recommendations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Extensive experience in early years leadership, consultancy, or a senior educational role.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international early years standards and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects remotely.
