About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the presentation of their retail store in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for creating appealing product displays, window designs, and in-store layouts that attract customers and drive sales. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of current retail trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven ability to create impactful visual merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the store team to ensure brand consistency and a captivating shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching window displays and in-store merchandising layouts.
• Create compelling product displays that highlight key items and promotions.
• Ensure all displays are consistent with the brand's image and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation throughout the store.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute seasonal and promotional changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display designs and merchandising concepts.
• Excellent understanding of retail design principles and space planning.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus but not essential.
• Strong spatial awareness and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
