You will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies, creating impactful displays, and maintaining brand consistency across all store presentations. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Create attractive product layouts and window displays to enhance store appeal and drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring all displays are neat, organised, and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about current retail trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and presentation standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role within retail.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Excellent creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret brand aesthetics and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams.
- Proficiency with relevant design software is a plus.
