Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative and attractive visual merchandising displays in-store, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional setups.
• Ensure all displays are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Collaborate with the store team to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest retail design trends and competitor activities.
• Manage and organize display materials and stock effectively within the Belfast store.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
