About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Belfast . In this role, you will be responsible for creating inspiring and attractive in-store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the retail team to translate brand aesthetics into compelling visual presentations that reflect current trends and product launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with a keen eye for design to shape the look and feel of our client's retail spaces and contribute to their brand image. The role involves a mix of on-site store visits and remote planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging visual merchandising displays across all store locations, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create and maintain store layouts, window displays, and in-store product presentations that attract customers and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are met and maintained consistently across the retail environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to support visual display requirements.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative display design and execution.
- Excellent understanding of visual presentation principles , color theory, and spatial design.
- Proficiency with design software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
