About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead their operational teams in a fully remote capacity. While the role is remote, it requires overseeing and coordinating on-the-ground warehouse activities through effective communication and management of site leads or teams. You will be instrumental in implementing operational strategies, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity across multiple logistics hubs. This position demands exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive performance without direct on-site presence, leveraging technology and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinating with on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Liaise with logistics and supply chain partners to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervision or management role.
