Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods, including receiving, storing, and dispatching.
• Monitor and manage workflow to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to warehouse operatives.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and health and safety procedures.
