About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility in Reading . Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.

- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Train and mentor new warehouse operatives, promoting best practices and teamwork.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or team lead role is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
