Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within their busy distribution center in Bristol . This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing workflow, and contributing to the overall smooth running of the facility, playing a key role in achieving operational targets and maintaining a productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and support.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and stocktaking activities.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse.
• Report on team performance and operational efficiency to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
