About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Manager to join their thriving sales team in Birmingham . This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative SaaS solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and advocating for them internally to drive value and retention. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic client portfolio and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth from existing clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively monitor client health and engagement to prevent churn.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its sales dynamics.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
