Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintenance.
- Support the smooth running of daily office operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
